With one of the most comprehensive high voltage test facilities in the UK, we can provide full performance test on all your equipment. Our testing capabilities cover up to 13.8KV, operating at both 50 & 60Hz. We also have a load test facility up to 8MW, up to 63T lifting capability and use state-of-the-art equipment. We can provide full onsite analysis, repairs, site removal and installation of motors and generators. In addition and through strategic alliances and partnerships we can provide direct replacement, offer modification as well as assemble customised motors to your exact specification.

Generator repair services

Our dedicated magnetics laboratory operates 24 hours a day and uses the latest technology to service, maintain and repair all makes and sizes of permanent magnet motors including Servo, Brushed, Brushless, Pancake, Tacho and Stepper motors.

Motor Rewinds

We have the capability to rewind various types of motors such as split phase, capacitor-start, repulsion, repulsion-induction, repulsion-start, shaded pole, three-phase induction, universal, and DC. Our varying motor rewinding techniques allow us to produce the optimum winding for a variety of armature types. Our attention to detail and meticulous processes ensure longevity and reliability for the consumer, providing them with the best value for money coupled with unrivalled quality.

We use manufactured coils, extensively test throughout each stage of the rewind and utilise a team of highly skilled service technicians. This allows us to offer workshop or in situ rewinds that return your machine to as new condition and in some cases even to higher efficiencies than before repair.
