MV/HV Engineered-to-Order Motors

For over 120 years, TDC Parsons Peebles has been designing and manufacturing safe area and hazardous area Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) motors for special and unusual applications worldwide. Our specialty is in bespoke, engineered-to-order medium to high voltage motors all manufactured to the highest levels of quality. TDC Parsons Peebles’ motors are fully compliant with international standards and their high efficiency design makes them perfect a perfect solution to drive pumps, fans, compressors and other mechanical equipment.

With a comprehensive historical database of thousands of existing designs and their resulting test data, we are able to produce new, custom designs with an exceptional level of predictability, avoiding load compatibility and performance issues on completion of manufacture.

The TDC Parsons Peebles system of keyed rotor bar construction eliminates the risks of bar fractures typically associated with ageing machines, frequent starting and high inertia loads. Since the concept was introduced in 1946 the system has been used as a standard feature in motors for the most arduous and demanding applications in the world. We are not aware of a single rotor bar that has failed using this system.
