PPGL ACQUIRED BY CLYDE BLOWERS CAPITAL
PPGL has been acquired by Clyde Blowers Capital from the previous owner Patersons Quarries. The move is part of Clyde Blowers Capital's continued investment in mission critical engineering companies serving the oil and gas, power and mining sectors.
Chairman and CEO of Clyde Blowers Capital, Jim McColl commented:
