HV Motor Performance Testing

This 450 kW, 6.6 KV vertical cooling medium circulation pump motor was originally manufactured by TDC Parsons Peebles back in 2014. Since then, it has been held in our long term storage facility where it has undergone regular preservation tests and checks.

Now that our customer requires their motor for operations, prior to dispatching the unit, TDC Parsons Peebles will perform a series of dynamic and static tests to ensure that the motor continues to operate to its design specification and customer requirements. The dynamic testing will consist of the motor being operated at its rated voltage and speed while vibration and temperature are monitored and recorded. A detailed test report will be issued to the customer on completion as part of our QA checks prior to the motor being dispatched.
