TDC Parsons Peebles’ site services engineers have had a busy month mobilising to Africa and to South America to carry out challenging work scopes whilst strictly adhering to local government covid guidelines.

Our African customer required level 3 inspections to be carried out on their 12,640 kW, 11 kV, 60 Hz, 781 A, 1,478 rpm flash gas compressor as well as on multiple gas export compressor motors situated on-board their FPSO, which is located off the coast of Lagos. Our South American customer commissioned TDC Parsons Peebles to oversee the removal and installation of their 2,500 kW, 690 V, 50 Hz, 1,240 A, 720 rpm bow thruster motor, which is located on-board their semi-submersible rig, currently moored off the coast of Curaçoa.
