Aedine White – HR Manager
Aedine has joined on a six month contract to pick up the HR initiatives and implement these across the Group. She will also be with working with the HR team assisting on any HR queries.
She has over 10 years experience in HR Management covering all HR matters including recruitment & selection, providing orientation and induction, training and development, appraising performance, employee compensation benefits, maintaining relationships and ensuring full compliance of employment laws.
Away from work she enjoys yoga, the gym and the challenges of renovating houses.
Aedine will report to Sam McLoughlin, Group Head of Staff. She said, “I’m delighted to welcome Aedine to the Avonmouth team, her acumen in so many different HR areas make her a fantastic addition and I’m in no doubt that she’ll excel in the role.”
Simon Blake – Internal Sales Executive
A thorough analysis exercise across PPS customers was conducted. This identified the need to introduce an internal sales team to service our customer base with a spend of less than £10K, Simon will help build each of these accounts by cross selling the Group’s services and products.
Simon has worked in internal sales teams in the manufacturing industry for over 15 years with experience of managing and developing customer relationships to achieve sales goals across the UK. Simon consistently met or exceeded goals for all monthly sales targets and new accounts ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Being from the Somerset region, he enjoys a good cider! Mountain biking, surfing and festivals are also amongst his interests. He’s a keen online gamer if anyone would like to connect!
Frank Colzie – Internal Sales Executive
Frank also joins the new internal sales team alongside Simon.
Frank started his career as an M&E apprentice before developing his sales skills by selling advertising with Northcliffe Newspapers (a part of the Daily Mail Group).
Frank has a passion for cycling. He received a grant through the Princes Trust to start his own business, which he ran for seven years, and designed a laser guided handlebar for which he was awarded a patent. He has maintained his M&E knowledge and still carries out rewinds and repairs in his spare time.
He also enjoys DJing, weight lifting, the gym, food, fishing, music, cycling and motor bikes.
Both he and Simon will report to Caroline Farley, Sales Performance Controller/Sales Support. She said, “Simon and Frank are vital new additions and have key roles towards our 2018 strategy. These guys were the obvious choice of candidates, they are very keen and have bonded well together, I’m delighted to have them on board.”
